Introduction: 

I have read this book a lot of times, I loved all of the ‘ Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ books. When I was younger I read a lot and so I read all of the ‘Life of a Wimpy Kid’ books. I also had to read this book for a school assignment. When I grew up I thought reading was not fun so I never did it, but then we had to read for an English school assignment and I found this book in one of the bookcases at my home and I started to read… do you want to know what it is about? About the book:

Greg gets a diary from his mother and he writes his whole life in it. He is kind of the sucker of the school, so he  does not have a lot of friends. Luckily he has one friend and his name is Rowley. The book starts before Christmas and Greg wants to behave well because he wants to get a lot of Christmas presents.

 

Rowley and Greg are going to high school. Greg doesn’t like school, because there are a lot of bullies at school. Bram and Theo are getting into all kind of adventures. When a blizzard hits their town, they have to stay at home but there is no electricity in their house so it is getting very cold. Greg finds out that his brother Manny has got something to do with this. Do you want to know what? You should read the book!

More about the characters;

The book is about a 13 year old boy ( ) , he is going to high school. He has a little brother ( Manny ), Manny is for his parents the ‘perfect son’, Greg thinks he is a snitch. Manny is 5 but acts like a little baby. Greg and Manny don’t have a great connection.  Greg also has a big brother ( Roderick ), Roderick always bullies Bram. Roderick has a band Folle Luyer. Greg’s best friend Rowley is a very innocent kid. He is a bit shy in the public but with Greg he is very jazzy. 

 

Opinion:

 

I like this book very much because it is funny and entertaining. I like that it has not 1 story but a lot of different stories, so it doesn’t get boring. 

 

I liked it that you can relate with Greg sometimes; because I am also very clumsy. 

I really liked this book.
